If you have littles running around the house, remember they like to explore. Most essential oils smell like they also probably taste good, and kids can be drawn to them for that reason. Please keep them out of the reach of children. Also, even though pure oils (CPTG) are generally safe for topical use, some are full-strength, and the rule doesn’t hold. Avoid getting them in your eyes, inner ears, or other sensitive areas. And needless to say, if you are pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician before using essential oils.
As a beginner with essential oils, there is also a lot to learn. Once you get some practice, it will be smooth sailing from there. As you get started, it’s important for you to know about certain essential oils you can use as part of your overall wellness regime. So, I put this list together for you. Check it out. You might also see a few of these oils on other lists. That’s because of their versatility. You’ll also notice there are several oils you can use to relieve tension.
